Q.No.(1). How can we get the Water Connection?

Answer:

As our building permission is obtained from the HUDA Vide Sanction Plan Letter  No.15336/P4/Plg/HUDA/2007, dated: 10-03-2008 and Jillelguda Gram Panchayat Vide Permit  No.GPJ/130/2008, Dated: 17-06-2008, issued by the Concerned Authorities of Jillelguda Gram Panchayat, the Water Connection (Godavari / Krishna Pipe line Connection) is to given by the HYDERABAD METROPOLITAN WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE BOARD Administrative Office Building Khairatabad, Hyderabad – 4, Telangana State Website: www.hyderabadwater.gov.in Ph.No.040- 23433933 email:- mdhmwssb@hyderabadwater.gov.in.

Q.No.(2). Can we avail a subsidized connection (or) at a cheapest cost?

Answer:

* White ration card holders have that provision for their Economically Weaker Section Houses under a special category.

* We can go for a smaller connection which will not be sufficient for our requirement and if we try to manipulate the same it shall be removed when inspected as it is illegal act to enhance the connection more that the sanctioned capacity, and the concerned association in-charge or President shall be liable for prosecution if any such miss-manipulation is done.

* It is as simple as Electrical connection everything is transparent on the official web site: www.hyderabadwater.gov.in please do not insist on false commitments.

* Further, there is no off season offer to avail rebate/discount and special offers, as it is a Government Regulation applicable to all equally for all the Apartment residents of our locality.


Q.No.(3). Who can be the member of the society?

Answer:

The bonafide Owner of the Flat who has submitted his Sale Deed or Deed of Conveyance such as Gift Deed (or) any valid registered Deed proving and certifying his ownership of his Flat in the apartment complex in accordance to the permission accorded by HUDA Vide Sanction Plan Letter  No.15336/P4/Plg/HUDA/2007, Dated: 10-03-2008 and Jillelguda Gram Panchayat Vide Permit  No.GPJ/130/2008, Dated: 17-06-2008, issued by the Concerned Authorities of Jillelguda Gram Panchayat, and paying his/her maintenance charges to the Association regularly shall be deemed to be a member of the society as per the by-laws of the Society / Association constituted with the willingness and consent of the all the Owners of JLNR Residency Registered Society vide Registration No.235/2013 registered at D.R.O. Ranga Reddy EAST, L.B.Nagar.

Q.No.(4). How an issue or a complaint or any problem is to be brought to the notice of the Association?

Answer:

* Through a written complaint or letter describing the problem which shall be escalated to the concerned person who can attend on priority under the supervision of Managing Committee member.

* Through e-mail on ourresidencyjlnr@gmail.com addressing the General Secretary and President followed by SMS on the contact numbers about so called issue or complaint which shall be attended on top priority basis by the Managing Committee.

* Subjected the complaint(s) or issue(s) should be a valid point of regret or problem which requires immediate attention.
